  • Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile, job applications, postings, and stored content from our Platform.

  • Once deleted, your account cannot be restored.

  • Provide your registered email and verification details to confirm your identity.

  • Account history (applications, postings, saved jobs, messages).

  • Payment and transaction records (except where legally required).


4. What We May Retain

In compliance with legal, tax, and fraud-prevention obligations, Placement Kenya may retain:

  • Limited transaction or payment records.

  • Data required to resolve disputes or enforce agreements.

  • Backup data (automatically overwritten in regular cycles).


5. Processing Timeline

  • We aim to process all verified data deletion requests within 30 days.

  • You will receive confirmation once your data has been permanently deleted.
